The Practical Guide to Anal Sex - Without Fear, Mystery or Pain

Before anything else, I would like to warn you that this is a serious and informative article. I decided to write it seeing the huge number of people who are still afraid of this form of sex, not to mention the even greater number of people who want to do it and end up hurting the person receiving it.

I have no intention of teaching anyone to do anything, but to pass on what I know. I believe that each practitioner has his own recipes and techniques.

To refer to people, I will use two acronyms:
- SA = sodomizing person
- SP = sodomized person.

By following this guide closely, anal sex will be pleasurable (depending on the sexual abilities of AS and MS), will not cause discomfort, and will not cause fear.

For starters, two popular sayings that fit this situation very well are:

The first time it hurts, the second time it hurts, but it tastes good, the third time it tastes good.
♪ Relax and enjoy ♪

Step 1: Recommended material

Some materials can make anal sex safer, such as:

- Reinforced condom: Because the rectal canal is tighter than the vaginal canal and has no lubrication of its own, conventional condoms can break more easily during intercourse. For this, reinforced condoms are recommended. Jontex (after we got it right, Johnson & Johnson) offers the "Jontex Ultra" option, which has twice the thickness of latex, making intercourse safer.

- Water-based lubricant: This is the best and most practical method to have any kind of penetration with ease. Johnson & Johnson (these guys must be first-rate surgeons...) offers the most indicated by doctors and specialists: KY which can be purchased at any pharmacy or stores for sexual purposes. There are other products of this type on the market, but only water-based lubricants are guaranteed not to break the latex of the condom.

- Uniform: sailor, soldier, policeman... that makes it a lot easier for the SA to persuade the SP, because the uniform fetish is almost one of the biggest sex jokes.

- Toys: things that are bought in specialized shops. A good example is that rope with several balls, of gradual sizes.

Say no to:

- Anesthetics, that soothes the SA bug and...

- Alternative lubricants: Breaking into the fridge at the time of sex is good for things like "human sushi", or a better taste of oral sex, but as lubricants some products can decrease the strength of the condom, besides being able to irritate the most delicate parts. Some sexologists defend the "what you can put in your mouth, you can put there" rule, but in practice it doesn't quite work that way.

Stage two: Preparation

For the SP:

The two most common ways: At the time of bathing, in addition to leaving the body very clean and fragrant, with the shower hose connected, position the jet on the back door, pushing the buttocks well apart and, if possible, opening the hole a little with the fingers. So the jet of water enters the canal and cleans it perfectly, eliminating the discomfort of ... Good ... I won't tell you; It can also be done in the bidet (if it has the same shape).

- Pharmaceutical products: There are products for rectal hygiene in the pharmacy, but I can't remember the name, and I'll update the guide as soon as I have that information (I bet it's also from Johnson & Johnson).

Attention please!

It is advisable to refrain from anal sex when SP has diarrhoea...

For SA:

In addition to basic hygiene, a little philosophy is recommended:

♪ It's not with strength, it's with skill ♪
* In others it's not refreshing. *
* Love is the key to everything, but starting with care is too good. *
* Patience isn't always synonymous with wisdom.

Step three , pre-penetration .

After both parties have decided to have anal sex, some caution is advised, especially on the SA side.

Like all forms of sex, it's a good idea not to try to get into the field before you warm up, but in anal sex, instead of lubricating, as in vaginal sex, this practice helps the relaxation of MS, which makes it much easier for both of you.

- Kissing: If you like, or don't mind, some kissing in the area of action can facilitate relaxation. It's like conventional oral sex: if SP is hygienic, there's no problem. Kisses, and tongue on the door.

- The finger: This is an important part of pre-penetration. Penetrating the SP rectum with your finger accustoms the site to "invasion", which makes it more acceptable. Preferably with plenty of lubricant, introduce your finger into the lollipop slowly. You can take the time to caress the SP butt, or other things to your liking. After the finger is fully inserted, remove it and insert it again, slowly. Inside, you can do whatever you want with your finger: play a little, simulate penetration, feel to see how it is, ect. After a certain time, you can try with two, or three, but be careful: One finger may be enough, and it's not because two don't go in that the husband won't go in either.

There are other things you can do during foreplay to get the rectum used to penetration, and that's where the couple's creativity comes in.

Step 4: The penetration itself.

This is certainly the most anticipated and complicated step, and I recommend that the SA initially remain totally quiet, leaving the work to the SP, because by putting the bug inside he will know whether he is hurting or not, and he can go as he pleases.

It is highly advisable to have plenty of lubricants, both in MS and SA. Lambuze a lot! A trick I learned that can work for condom-hating guys: Putting a drop of lubricant on the glans (head of the stretch) before putting on the condom, in addition to facilitating the placement of it, greatly increases the sensitivity of the penis.

It's important for SP to be completely relaxed and unafraid, the tension stiffens the anal muscle, making penetration extremely painful.

The classic "doggy" position is not always the best for the first anal penetration. I suggest riding. With SA lying down, and with the penis properly stiffened (hard does not bend, soft does not enter), SP on top adjusts the "boy" on the door, and gradually sits on it, holding it with his hand. Spreading SP's buttocks with his hands also makes it much easier.

After you have comfortably inserted the whole instrument, it is convenient for the SP to stabilize it a little, preferably by tightening the penis with the anus, so that it gets used to it easier.

Once that is done, remove the penis, and repeat the insertion operation two more times.

Step 5: There you go... passing on what I know about anal penetration is one thing, wanting to teach how to fuck is another! (=)

I hope that this small and simple guide that I have prepared will make life easier for couples and people who want to do this, as well as break down fears or taboos.

Anal sex, as I said, can really be painful the first time, but done well, and above all, willing and caring, it becomes a pleasurable practice for both parties, and increases the sexual repertoire of the couple.

I repeat that I have no intention of teaching anyone how to do this. I believe that everyone has their own techniques. I am just passing on mine.

And have fun!
