The Time of Female Flying

At this time I was newly-formed and was working with sports, when the opportunity arose to train a women's volleyball team from a country town to be free from the laundry. The team was composed of 19 girls with good potential but they did not form a group, a team. They were individualists, they had problems with boyfriends and this affected the performance on the court. I had the innovative idea then, to reformulate the whole team and in this restructuring I preferred girls who did not have boyfriends, who were willing to interact with each other and for this we had to form a closed group and whatever happened in the team, I would die. There was a lot of travel, a lot of training and a lot of sacking as well, but mainly everything would die. I thought that the team would be completely free from the laundry until we had the opportunity to take part in the swimsuit. The team was made up of 19 girls with good potential but we would not be able to fully participate in the swimsuit.
